Jim’s Classic Garage is pleased to announce the arrival of this mechanically and electrically restored 1965 Plymouth Barracuda

From first glance, she doesn’t look like much, however, once the hoods been lifted, and the engine started, you’ll get over the fact she needs a paint job. The pictures will also show an very nice undercarriage.

The owner purchased this car 3 years ago as a project to work on in retirement. This is one of many he’s built, or had built, and is extremely good at what he does, (writing checks!lol)

The 273ci engine has been recently rebuilt with 10:25 to 1 compression. It was bored .060 over, with .020 mains & rods with a comp. cam #CRS268H-10 and has less than 700 miles on it. The transmission was rebuilt and is a manual A-833

Everything underneath is new, including all new drum brakes, with disc on front, braided steel lines, new suspension, with a new steering system upgrade. The ignition system has been upgraded to a Pertronix system.

He also had an all new Ron Francis wiring kit installed, a new aluminum 3 core radiator and a new balanced driveline from NW Drivelines in Washington.

The interior kit is all new from Legendary Interiors. The body is very straight with little to no fill from what the magnet says.

Now, the reasons for selling usually vary, however, in this case health dictates the car must go to cover medical expenses. The fact is, AGE is a 4 letter word, and doesn’t treat people fair all the time.

I’ve driven this car and can tell you, it’s tight!

We are able to assist with shipping.
